The Role:

We're seeking a high performing Store Manager who is passionate and will stop at nothing to build high quality, high performing teams and operations. They will be their team's advocate. They will nurture their team’s development and strategize to attract people who work hard. The Store Manager is motivated by building something bigger than them and does not need someone to tell them what to do every day.

What You'll Do as a Store Manager:

  • Identify hiring needs, conduct interviews and hire positive and motivated team members
  • Model and coach to hold team members accountable to policies, standard operating procedures, and SLAs consistently
  • Ensure productivity and quality metrics are being met at all times
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for all team members
  • Ensure regular maintenance is being performed on all equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make or schedule repairs as necessary
  • Ensures store maintenance is completed daily including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining stock and storage areas
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and ownership team
  • Deal with all escalated customer and team member complaints and concerns and resolve them timely
  • Provide backup coverage when staff is unavailable
  • Complete all new hire paperwork timely and accurately
  • Conduct and/or oversee training and orientation for all new team members
  • Complete corrective action activities and/or terminations when necessary
  • Create and foster teamwork and a positive work environment in order to provide a 5-Star Employee Experience
  • Create and post the schedule for all positions, including approving timecards, time off requests, and shift swaps
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure we are equipped to handle customer orders
  • Ensures weekly, monthly and annual payroll budgets are in line with Store’s budget
  • Provide regular reports and escalate any store related issues that can’t be solved at the store level
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Have at least 1-3 years of managerial experience in a highly operational field.
  • Leader capable of mentoring and motivating individuals while fostering healthy working relationships
  • Delegator who is able to follow-up to ensure tasks are completed timely
  • Influencer who can produce results without micromanaging
  • Problem solver who remains calm in stressful situations, resolves conflict, and deals with the unexpected with limited direction
  • Decision maker who is able to to process information from a variety of sources and confidently make an informed decision quickly
